We are a small hobby breeder based in Peterborough. We started with one boy and one girl, and it has grown from there. The whole family like to get involved, the daughters love to help with socialisatiion - cat litter cleaning, not so much. 😂 That’s left to me. The hubby does construction and moral support for his crazy cat lady!
All of our cats are much loved pets first, they all have their own unique personalities and quirks and getting to know them is an honour.
I have dedicated a large part of our family life to developing and enhancing the Maine Coon Breed, every week I seem to learn something new. I am particularly fond of a tortoishell, but my main stud Hugo, has my whole heart, my husband got jealous, so he built him his own stud house, with double glazing and heating, then Hugo was joined by our newest stud Sancho. So I don’t think it worked out quite as hubby had hoped. 😹

All our animals are raised in a home setting, with lots of socialisation. We put hygiene, health & happiness above all.
Our cats are regularly scanned to monitor the health of their hearts. They have been blood tested before breeding for the most common diseases of the breed , these are; HCM (Hypercardiomyopathy)
SMA (Spinal Muscular Atrophy)
Pk-Def (Pyruvate kinase deficiency)
